| is it possble to get a Banshee to handle and jump well in comparing to a TRX250R or new 450? also is there any way of getting the overall wieght noticeably down? i rode one the other day and loved the power but it felt real heavy compared to my TRX |

| Yeha you just gotta know how to ride it lol. Mine jumps great. last time i rode i cleared 71 ft. with it just fine. lol

| the only way your going to get a banshee to compare to a TRX250R on the track is to get an aftermarket 250r geometry frame for the banshee. Aftermarket shocks, A-arms, axle, and swing arm are a must also.

| so you have a trx250r stay with it and just mod the shit out of the engine so it has power like a banshee like a port job , head work , reeds a pipe and all that good stuff

| it will never be great at jumping because of the power delivery and suspension geometry, as far as being heavy, yea they are a bit heavy stock, but you can lighten them up easy, hell those new kaw/suz 450's are only about 15 pounds lighter.. all in all though youd be better off on a 250r or a 450 for mx or that kind of riding..but if your dead set on a banshee, you can look into one of those aftermarket banshee frames that shares the 250r suspension geometry |
