| Since GRR is no longer around, and he really didn't make a whole lot of them....I'd stick with CPIs. GRR are more of a drag pipe, kinda like a Shearer, CPIs would give a better dune type power band, more linear.... |

| yeah I loved my cpis at the dunes but i can pick these up for around 200 bucks thats what really made me want to try them |
| ||||||||||||
| well for 200 bucks I would say get them, Grand River Racing is top of the line in my book for banshee pipes.

| I personaly dont own a banshee, but 90% of my friends run nothing but banshee's and I've helped them everytime they did anything to them. The experience I have with GGR is a friend of mine switched from Pro-circuit's to GRR out of frames on his Rudy Kurtz 350 and it made a world of difference. But thats drag racing.

| Well switchin from pro-circuits to any kind of pipe is gonna be a huge difference, I personally feel the only thing lower then a pro circuit pipe is a dg pipe...I wouldnt say a grr pipe is top of the line from that experience... For $200 you can always try em and sell em Matt...I'd probably go for some CPI's though like Dave said.... |
| ||||||||||||
| What makes me say that they are top of the line isnt the comparison from PC to GRR. like I sated before I have helped out my buddys that own banshee's and they all run CPI. The comparison I forgot to mention is my friend Charlie's Rudy Kurts 350 that runs CPI and then my friend Zack's Rudy Kurts 350 that runs GRR, same mods done to both and exact same chassis set up, just different pipes. The 350 with GRR runs harder than the 350 with CPI, but that doesnt give proof to my point because rider weight, rider skill, etc all vary and change the results. I'm sorry for showing such ignorance.

| That sounds like a much more resonable comparrison...I could see a GRR pipe pulling past a CPI but for a duner application I would run the CPI's....Just my $.02... |

| grr are alot like rockets and ive owned rockets and ive seen grr ,the grr is more of a midrnage drag pipe they are decent but I like CPI sb inframes ~ for a duner 350 ~ , but i like rdz and shearers for drag machine .
