Default Topend torque specs?

Ok so I figured I could find this ? with the search tool but it won't work for some reason. Can anyone tell me the topend Torque specs on the Shee's?

20 to 22 ft. lbs is what I use...
I tighten them in 5 lb increments starting at 10 lbs., 15...etc.
Nice, even torque...

Exactly as said above.. 20 for head & cylinder, after 20 i give it a little squeeze over.
