| are you positive the slide is actually sticking open? did you take your air filter off and watch it stick? if not, you could have a bad air leak makin it rev to the moon |

| yes, i watched it stick and i stuck my finger in the carb and pushed it up even more and it is super tight. then unscrewed the top and made sure it was clean and stuck it back in. and did the same after it warmed up again.

| hmm sounds like it might could be a frayed cable inside and its getting hung up might also try removing the slides and smear some premix oil on em to lube em up.

| There's also a guide on the side of the carbs, check it out to make sure slide goes thru it smoothly! And make sure the cable isn't binding anywhere.

| the cable is free. the slide runs up and down all day with throttle and finger until you warm it up then it sticks bad. very tight
