Default Anyone used a Clark gas tank on there shee??

I'm getting ready to purchase a oversized gas tank (Clark tank 5.5 gals). I was wondering if anyone has used one on there shee? How much plastic did you have to cut off? Fenders cut right, nothing else effected by the size (steering ok)? Thanks for the input guys!

my brother has one on his banshee. yes you do have to cut a section of the fenders off. my brother had some steering issues with his, but his steering stem was bent down from a rollover. we heated and straightened it back out and also extended it a bit and it works fine now. they say that it works best with handlebar risers.

these right here would probably work really nice with the oversized tank.

i think that 5.5 is too big, maybe the smaller 4.6 is it? not sure it better

That's an IMS 5.5 tank, not a clarke like he is asking about.

I have an electronic copy of the install instructions. PM me your email address and I will email them to you.
