Default What size Carb shoukld I go with?

Okay so Im rebuilding my motor right now turning it into 4 mil stroker bored .020 over I got t5's v force reeds air filter and a couple other things put on it what size carbs do you think is best for me I was thinking around 30mm.. my style of riding is a little trail riding but not to often but usually I ride at the dunes... Anyone got suggestions?

I ran 28mm flatslides on my std +4 and it ran hard.
