Default Banshee V Force 3 HELP

Hi, I'm Tony new here but thought this was the place to ask. Recently bought v force 3 reeds and took the old ones out and the rubber boot does not fit inside of the reed body.....do I need spacers or different boots?

Thanks
Tony

there should be instructions in the box, its pretty simple really
all you gota do is shave those protruding pieces of rubber off flush with the rest, i used a hacksaw then cleaned it up with a razor knife

Just cut them flush, used a fresh blade from a utility knife. That's what we all do!
