lost a screw?

behind the crankcase cover next to the stator assembly there is a white tiranglish piece thes hekd on by 3 screws and 1 tiny one.(you should be able to see it just looking at the cover)what is the small screw and what does it do? please please help me i lost it.

cascade has a new billet cover for 22 buck.....

is it the crankcase cover or the white thing?also what is the part number?
