Is this a good buy???

i don't have any pics but i thought i would explain and ask whether or not you guys would think it is a good buy....its and 04' banshee that is all stock except fmf pipes and silencer....doesn't have cool heads or anything.....i didn't find any cracks on the plastics and as far as i could tell it doens't look like it got wrecked at all or atleast to bad anyways....he is asking $2800 what do you think????

Does it run? How many kicks before it started? Did you take it for a spin and shift through all the gears without issue?

no truthfully i havn't done more then look at it...its at my local parts store. but i think tomorrow im gonna go take a better evaluation of it if he isn't flooded in again...all this damn rain around here is kinda hard to deal with anymore

ok so new updates..it is an 03' not an 04' and it hasn't really been ridin..a cop owned it and he got rid of it because he din think he should be getting in trouble with it....stock tires are on with with bout 1/4 tread left or a lil better and he said he would put a brand new set on the back for me and clean the carbs up and tune it up if i bought it...he final asking price is $2800 out the door....what do you guys think????

oh and it starts with 2 kicks and shifts smooth as all hell....stock reeds only thing literaly done to it is the fmf pipes

If it's as mint as it sounds and has pipes then I'd buy it. That would be a good option for me, they go way over that price around here. Ridiculous....
