get a new top end put in it and check the cyl walls make sure they are still smooth. honestly i would get it bored. then put it back together and run a compression test. i guarantee you'll see a huge differance in your compression from your last test. GOOD LUCK!!!

well i know that low compression is worn out but i had just bought the bike and it was my first time riding it and yes the skirt blew off and jammed the crank. but luckily the crank was fine and so was the case. i had it resleeved instead of that nickasil bullshit.

well it turns out that it was the pistons, both pistons had absolutley NO top ring. and one piston was all bashed up pretty bad. but thankfully the bores had no bad gouges in them. i got new pistons, and am getting the cylinders bored out. hopefully it will run like brand spanking new! thanks guys.
