please help keihin carb problems

i just striped my blaster down to the frame and did a complete overhaul on it, had the engine rebuilt, painted the frame and plastics, and just cleaned everything. like an idiot when i took the carb off to clean it i messed with the jets and set screws and Iam not sure where they were. so now its all back together and i can get it to fire when i pour a little gas directly into the cylinder, and its getting gas to the carb, but no gas is getting past the carb. so i wanted to here some of ur guys suggestions on how to set up the carb. its a keihin pwm carb. any help would be great thanks for your time.

stock carb settings are (on stock engine)
230 main
needle in middle clip
idle screw 2- 2.5 turns out


what condition are the reeds in? whats the compression? does it have an air leak somewhere?

reeds are fine and everything woth the motor is fine i just need to know how to tune the carb. the motors been bored onece over. and its got a wiseco forged prolite piston. those are the only mods done to the engine

probably need to clean your pilot jet out. might have gotten some dust into it or anyother jets while putting it back together or some stuff in your gas.
