| i'm new to this site so i'd appreciate a little help. i just bought a 04 blaster the guy said it needed new brake pads but lookin at it i can't get the calipers to relax there right against the rotor and there is nothin left of the pads at all. i tried to put some fluid in there but it wont leave the resevoir so maybe the master cylinder is shot? thanks |

| Front or rear? At the very worst i would drain all the fluid out and that should relieve the pressure and you can use new brake fluid (wouldnt hurt to change it anyway). try using a screwdriver to wedge in there or use a C Clamp if it will fit. I dont really understand how it wont come off though, did you remove the bolts holding the caliper? now just slide/use a mallet and get it off the rotor...
