| I have a 98 yamaha Blaster. with some extras.. Procirciut Pipe and silencer Bored .40 over DOuglas rims Holeshots in the back DG skid plates Rnthal bars FMF pwer reeds Aluminum bearing carrier Barnett Clutch You get the picture. But Am I better off going all out on my blaster including a 240 kit and Hydralic brakes and probably powder coat or should I go for the Banshee Which probably will only have pipes and a couple of little things? Love the Banshee but price is a BIG issue! |

| yeah the banshee is faster, bigger, more stable...but it just depends on what type of riding ur gonna do.....like i wanna get a banshee but i didnt have enough money so i modded out my blaster with what little money i didnt have....so the next quad i'll get is a shee......its all a personal preference.....if someone u know has a shee see of they'll let u ride it this way u know if u'll like something bigger or not

| I would say it would depend on what kind of riding your are going to be doing. A Banshee is definitely not as easy to ride in the woods, its turning radius isn't the greatest. But if you've got room to move, or feel comfortable on a quad with not much bottom end power, but screams up top, definitely go with the Banshee. |

| get the banshee. we have a pretty fast blaster that almost hangs with our banshee. the blaster engine is sitting on the shop bench and the banshee hasn't been apart since i bought it over 5 years ago. moral of my story is that to make a blaster even come close to preforming like a piped shee you have to build it to the wall and then it gets realy shakey on the side of reliability. and regardless of how big you can build that blaster it will never be 1/3 as big as you can build a banshee.

| Yes very shaky on the reliability...But ive been curious...MaineExport how many times do you do a rebuild every season?

| I rebuilt my Banshee from the frame up, and can tell you, things can get quite pricey real quick, especially when you go aftermarket suspension. I pondered a Blaster project because of the price, and so I could have enough $ to have another project quad going at the same time....
