| Its the stock carb jetted with the vitos kit included with the 240 jug. The guy at vito's support told me if i started with the biggest jet in the kit i could use the stock carb. It wasnt the first ride since the break in, i have been riding it a little every day to break it in. I have a Keihin 35pwk carb but didnt have the right jets so i didnt use it. |

| when i put on my vito's 240 it ran weird but i didnt re-jet it ran fine till i got in 5th and 6th gear then it would bog and come back...after about 2 weeks of riding 2 of my top end bolts loosened up on a ride and i didnt think much of it so i got my buddy to tow me home and i heli-coiled all my head bolts and started it up...it was makin a really weird almost grinding noise so i ripped off the top end and checked the bottom end which was just recently replaced with a hot rodz crank...the crank bearing went out and made my piston score the cylinder needless to say im highly pissed off and i still need to buy a new crank

| tempature could also be a major factor, if it was warmer or cold when i first jetted it and the tempature changed alot then it could make the diffrence, i agree with blue diablo tho get the 35 mil on there , a world of a diffrence, LET IT BREATH!!

| A 35mm will definately increase horsepower with that 240 kit,but it is actually a small carb. I used to run a 36mm on my stock bore/stroke motor. Might wanna consider selling it and gettin something bigger....just my two cents |

| A 35mm will work just fine or at lest a lot better than a stock carb. I ran a 34 1/2mm on my stock bore stock stroke also. But as long as he doent have any more port work than some vito's port work he'll be just fine. But if youwant a new carb I have a 39mm rifled out to a 41mm airstryker with a Dave Moore poower jet in it for $280+shipping HEy ROACH I have been tryin to warn peps of the HOT RODZ cranks they suck. If you get a new one I would SUG. a CRANKWORKS crank. |
