| i just bought a arisol cylinder (utimate 200/firebreather 200) form ebay, its in decent shape and is already broken in, so my question is, around what jet should i run in my stock carb, i just wanted one to start at becasue i can fine tune in once running http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...9597066&rd=1,1 my mods include FMF pipe, oil block off, that cylinder, and a modified airbox

| i can't offer you any jetting suggestion, but that intake port on the cyl is wacky. aren't the rings prone wear faster and break?

| I pulled the plug from the 134 today and it was brown on the electrode and black around the threaded metal rim. I'm gonna ride it tomorrow again and see how it looks after that. But I might have to move the needle but it's pretty good as is with the stock jetting.

| just go with a bigger carb. You can bump up to a 28mm and have better results with an airsol jug compared to throwing a 28 on a stock jug. But get the biggest jet and work your way down. itll run you alot to buy all the mains but having alot of jets comes in handing even with other machines.

| im not going to any bigger of a bore, actually im going down because my old jug was on its last bore and this one is at stock the only difference is that this new cylinder is a fully ported one, way more flowing than the stocker, so i definately am going to need to bump up the jets, i just wanted to kno were to start i think i might save up to buy a 30mm

| Contact the company that does the work on that cylinder and get their recommendation on jetting. If they are porting the cylinders they are probably testing them to find the best jets for optimal performance.

| keep in mind all circuitry must be richened.pilot/slow jet,the needle and the main.i would ask someone with a similiar setup.they can get you real close.the performance will be much much better though with a bigger carb.if its a more topend oriented setup i would get atleast a keihin 33mm pwk. |
