| hey i just bought boysesen dual stage power reeds and was just wondering if there was suppose to be a space in between the 1st and 2nd petals there is no space in between the first petal and the cage just in between the 1st and 2nd petal. let me know thanks |

| no spaces even in between the 2 reeds because it looks like it shouold be because its open on both sides both 1 out of the 2 on a side(kinda hard to explain) |

| Pics or no pics the petles should lay flat against each other or agsinst the cage. Try flipping the open petle over and see if that helps. |

| if there is a space between them, flip over the top reed. yes, it will not start if there is a gap between the top and bottom reed.
