Default blaster idle question

i have a 88 blaster .04 over, ported, shaved head, ct racing pipe, and 3mm stroker, i have a problem with the tors junk i can't get it to idle low enough it acks like the cable is to short. i know them are junk but i don't want to spend the money on the eliminator kit right now does any one know how to fix it? or what might be wrong with it.

i just put this stuff in it the motor has about five min. on it. does it need to be rejetted?

only thing needed is a 34 or 35mm carb with boot

If i were you id get a bigger carb. put that 3mm stroker to good use. Try a 32mm or even a 35mm. I promise youll like it. what fuel are you running?
