Why do you make so many threads about one subject? not to be a dick. Yes you can bore your cylinder. You need to get an oversized piston first. Take your jug to a machine shop and get them to check the roundness on your cylinder and get their recommendation on what bore you should go to. Then order a wiseco piston kit of what oversize they recommended, along with a top end gasket kit for any year blaster. Take the piston and jug to the Machine shop and get them to bore it to specifactions. Put it together and your done.

take the cylinder and stock piston to a repair shop they will tell you what size you need to go up to, order it. when it comes in take the piston and cylinder to machine shop and they will do the rest.

well first off have some one mic it with a dial caliper to find out what bore it is, then go up to the next size if it doesnt look to scored, if it is, then go a half a milimeter over from what it is.

stock bore is 66mm so if its really scored (scratched) go to 66.5mm, sometimes you can get away with 66.25 instead, but thats if its not really damaged

best bet tho is to go a half a mil over, because you nvr kno if a quarter mil will clean it up
