The TORS is the assembly that mounts to the top of the carb and kills the motor if the throttle sticks. The parking brake cut off is seperate. The parking brake cut off always have problems so just tape it off. For the TORS get a removal kit from Vitos and you'll be all set.

TORS stands for "throttle overide system" by the way. I forgot to mention that.

Just take the brown and yellow wires and twist and tape together. Ya know uplug it and the side that goes to the motor(carb whatever) strip the wires and twist them together and your tors will be over ridden.
