 yea it sounds like u ur clutch plates are stuck together or ur clutch cable isnt disengaging tha clutch like it should and to fix that jus adjust it on ur clutch lever or on ur engine either one or both but if u have to do both i suggest getting a new cable

| ChECK THE LITLLE ADJUSTER NUT AND ROD in the middle of the outer clutch hub. if that little nut isnt set in correctly then she wont engage. its all about your adjustments. check how you routed the cable, or your clutch plates could be stuck together.
