Default Exhaust Flange

I have a Bills pipe and silencer but don't have the exhaust flange. I have looked hi and low....and in between, and cant find something that will work. It needs a flange with small pipe that the bill's slips over and uses springs. Im sure its the same as most other aftermarket pipes..but I can't find one to save my life. Waiting on a carb rebuild kit and some jets from Vito's so I have got to find one. Any ideas?

it soumds like its the same as a toomey i had the same problem when i got my exhaust. toomey sells one but you can make one if you have your stock pipe. Just cut one side spread it and put it on your bills pipe and bolt it up like the stock pipe. Worked great on mine doesnt leak at all and saved me about 60 bucks.

That wont work with the Bills. The stock pipe has a ridge around the end. The ridge sits against the motor and flange catches on it and holds it against the motor. On the Bills there is no ridge at the end. Nothing for the stock flange to catch on. The end of the Bills is like a double wall pipe. Im guessing the flange for it has a short bit of pipe on it that the Bills slips over. Then springs hold the pipe to the flange. I can't believe I can't find one of these. Anybody with ideas feel free to chime in.

Yeah..it's frustrating as hell. I have almost reached the end of the internet looking for one of these damn things. I do not want to go and have one made or worse yet do some welding and hack up the pipe. There has to be one somewhere!
