anyone want to take an educated guess on how much power my wifes blastr will make?put in a +3 mm crank.think im gonna get the 240 kit with ported head from vitos.already have pipe and silencer.what size carb should i use.i know bigger is more top end.she like doing wheelies in parking lots,trail riding and the occasional drag race.i guess what im asking is what kind of power can we make with what set up?no replacement for displacement.she wants a broad powerband.wadda ya think?

you will need porting for it to run to its full potential.depending on the overall setup it could easily make 40hp at the wheels.

if you bolt up a 240 kit and ad a 3mm and larger carb you might get mid 20's for horspower ,with the right porting and head setup on that same engine it could be more like 45 horse ,it is that important

What Size Carb Would U Recommend?dont Want A Top End Bike.i Have Match Ported A Few Heads For 4 Stroke But Dont Think I Have Grasped The Concept On 2 Stroke.vitos Kit Comes With 2 Or Three Extra Ports.guess Thats 1 Exaust 2 Intake?

go with a 35mm airstryker

a 33mm-39mm keihin PWK is a great carb.i would have to know more specifics on porting and overall setup,riding conditions to pick the exact size.the vitos jug has boysen(intake) ports and a triple exhaust port.still needs porting though to run hard.

I would suggest a 35mm also for a trail blaster, have the vitos kit ported and you'll have a hard running set up. What pipe does she have at the moment? with out the right pipe it could hold it back tremendously.

get a 36mm TMX, its bigger tahn you would normally use, so you will get more topend, but the carb is made for lowend, so you will gain power every where

i checked out that ct kit.price is about the same if u send ur head and cylinder in.says around 40 horse!guess i would need to invest in a new clutch also.40hp is pretty serious!
