piston rod

i am about to put a new piston in and the piston rod has a little play in it. It is tight when u pull up and down on it but it has a little play when u move it side to side is tha normal

idk, but the two bottom ends i have have that same play in them side to side.. not a lot just a little

A little side to side is normal. The manual says .4-.7 mm.
