Question seperating blaster crank

I am rebuilding my top end and I thought I would repalce the crank bearing, washers and pin, my last piston blew to peices from the bottom I think the piston went too low and hit something, I have everything apart except I don,t know how to seperate the crank, In the manual it says use crank seperating tool obviosly i dont have one any suggesons also if the cylander head has some dent and scrathes do you just sand it?

your gonna need to take that in.. the clock position on the halves needs to be dead nuts... also when you buy the bearing and wahsre and pin.. it comes with the rod... soo.. the rod kit is gonna cost you around $75-80.. then labor...

or you can buy a brand new crank on ebay for around $119... or better yet a 3mm stroker for around $139.... alot of shops won;t even rebuild crank anymore because it's not cost effective.. the labor price make it damn near as much as a new crank...
