| i ran a set of the old style in my shee and the skirts have hairline cracks on the intake side after about 40hrs use on them, thankfully i pulled them out before they came apart others on here have had alot worse luck than i did. i know that doesnt give you much help about the teflon coated ones but if the structural integrity isnt any better on those then the teflon is nothing more than a gimmick. jmo.

| if yo u bought anything other than pro-x or wiseco in my opinion your takign an un-needed risk ,you need ot see a couple 600$ aftermarket cylinders destoyed in one season by having a cheap piston drop its skirt way too early ,saving like 12$ o n a topend kit onlt to destroy your engine doesnt make sense to me ,cause whe n it takes out the jug crank and cases ,theres not much left to part out on ebay

| they are ok for a mildly built engine that is riden mainly for recreation. i wouldnt run them in a race type of engine at all. i've built two engines using that piston. a customers and one in my younguns blaster. both have been running fr three years now.
