so mad at my self top end help

ok to start off just rebuild my top end and. when i put it back togather i put a new copper gasket in and put the head on but stupid me i so mad at my self i did not torque the head down now. i started it this am and could see smoke comming out the top end were it seals u think i can buy a new gasket and torque it this time u think it will be ok thank for the help so mad at my self

how long did you run it like that? just take the head off and check out the gasket to make sure its alright and then torque it down it should be fine

all most a full tank of gas should i buy a new gasket it running ok i just seen the smoke comming out this morrning

We did that with my friends. I just torqued it down and it's been fine for the last 8 monthes.

do u nowhat way the gasket goes there is a rasied part on it does that go up or down most of them say up on them put this on dont
