oo here i am again i have had so much stress with this bike ok i just rebuild my top end about a week ago stupid me didnt torqe the top end down but its been runing fine and yesterday i stared it up and there was a little smoke cumming frome the top end becouse i didnt torqe it down but it still ran fine rode it for about a hour and but it away so today i went and bought a new top end gasket and got a nice torqe wrench went out side started it up and rode it to my garage on the way it started to back bog down and stalled.so i put the new gasket in and torqe it down by the way the pison looket good. so i put a new plug in still would not start.i have good spark looks likes it getting gas any idears whats going on sry it so long i just want to get this thing going

Clean your carb.......now go an get you a compression tester an test that compression just to be sure the top end isn't blown!!!


You can also check your reeds!

check your flywheel make sure you didn't shear the flywheel key.

when you try kick start it does it feel different when you kick it??

no it feels the same after i kick it it sounds like the piston is still moveing up and down no sure if its been like that never listened

ya i need to clean i mix the oil a little richer becouse i was breaking it in can i clean the reeds

You can make sure the reeds aren't cracked or broken or lil parts chipped off anywhere on them. If so then replace them.

What about the stupid stuff, fuel valve on and not plugged? Carb cleaned? E-brake off?

i am going to do a compreson test i might of blew a ring is there a way to tell if i did

check compression is the place to start

i was mixing the gas rich would that have any thing to do with it
