Default Blaster flat track setup

Anybody got a rough idea on where to set the port timing for dirt oval racing? I have a great port layout for a 14500rpm engine but I dont think it will work with this one. I was planning on turning it 12-12500rpm but Vito's told me that it wont live above 10000rpm with their cranks? Wiseco crank said it will take at least 12500-13500rpm so is Vito's stuff junk or are stupid? Also any suggestions on pipes would be appreciated, I cannot use a drag pipe. Who makes, besides Vito's, stroker cranks? I would like a 60mm or 61mm and machining the cases is not a problem. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks Brian
