top end cutting out???

i just put a new power pros pipe i got from jon... i on got it all tuned in down low and mid... the mid is awsome but the top is cutting out... i'm running a 34mm carb i started with a 160 and now i'm up to a 190 and still the same not quite as bad... i was thinking i'm just gonna keep going up... i had a dune port so i'm thinking with the pipe and the port its gonna need a lot more fuel ??? maybe i should be in the 200s??
