removing rod?????

i cannot get the friggin 2 crank peices to come apart so i can put a new rod and pin and everything in. any suggestions? i was trying to pound it out by putting a socket on the pin then friggin raping on the socket with a hammer, but it wont budge.

That kind of work cannot be done by hand you'll need to send it out for a rebuild.

its a press fit and then has to be realigned if its off itll do damage

when i broke a skirt and got in my crank bearing i just bought a 3mm stroker did not see a diff but its not been port matched either but when i do im already set

yeah, a ring blew and went in my crank, i just got the 3mm stroker, it was only $100 more than gettin mine rebuilt and only $80 more than a new stock one

its not worth it to fix junk cranks they are so readily available and economical anymore your way better off with new get a 3mill stuffer crank ,theyre only like 160$

Besides, you need a 15- 20 ton press to push that pin out.
Then once pressed back together, you'll need a lathe and dial indicators to center the wheels.
It's not hard to do but, the factory blaster cranks are kinda whimpy.
