Default need advice please

I have a 2001 Blaster that I have recentl y done some work to. Here are the things done to it. 240 big bore kit bored .20 over. carbon fiber reeds, reed spaacer, k&n air filter, toomey b1 front pipe, power core 2 silencer, we rejetted the carb. now when riding it its not goin anywhere fast...is it straving for fuel???? let me know please.

how does it run?does it hesitate?sputter?not rev?it may be a jetting issue.check the spark plug and see what color it is.make sure the gas is good and you have no leaks around any gaskets.can you get a vid of the quad running?

it revs. kinda sputters. cant go past 3rd gear...and starts sputtering
Thansk for your time..I can poss get a small vid of it if u have a email address to send it to...not very good at navagating this site...

try holding the throttle at different positions.1/4 1/2 3/4 and full throttle and see how it acts at each position.may be jetting.if you wanna send a vid to nismomatt81@netzero.com i should be able to get a betteer idea on the prob.no problem man..

okay i got that taken care of now its reving up on its own???? what the hell....lol it will go from a idle and crawl upto damn near full throttle.......

Sounds like you got an air leak. If you havent recently rebuilt the bottom end, Id say its a base gasket. Check it by starting it and spraying wd40 around your base gasket, and intake track. If it cuts out, thats what the problem is

well i got it fixed....stupid mistake...was low on gas ....now my next problem is I recently had they guy who was doing the work on my bike replace the clutches....so they are brand new ebc clutches. now while test riding it after ifing the idle problem i lost ALL tension in my clutch lever??? did he miss something or what...I am to the point i wanna just sell it but i know it will kick me in the but if i do....what now guys. and I also want to thank all the great people on this site for the help so far.....thanks a million and 2....

well i figured it out now slowly catchin the hang of the 2stroke not much to them. It was the center screw in the clutch hub.
