| So my friend got the Vito's big bore 240 kit and a 4mm crank for his Blaster. He's trying to figure out the best carb setup and asked me to find some stuff out for him. Is there anyone out there currently with a similar setup that can relay any information? He's still sucking with the stock carb and is telling me that it rips but seems like it lacks a few thousand rpms at the top end. He lives 100 miles away from me right now so I haven't ridden it to give my $0.02.

| those 240 kits make decent power with the different port layout and with the stroker crank i would definately get the 38 or 39 keihn. if you think you need more revs get a smaller pipe. |

| I would say a 35 or 36 PWK is perfect for the stroked 240 blasters because the 240 kits arent actually 240cc's, they are 233cc's. Mine is a 240 kit with a 72.25mm bore and a +3mil crank and I'm only at 246cc's. The 38-39mm is overkill IMO for an unported stroked 240 thats gonna be an everyday rider. so tell him to get the 35 or 36mm keihin PWK and then tell him to look into porting

| Yeah, I was disappointed when I did the math on the 240 kit just to find out it's closer to a 230. Thanks to everyone for their comments. I told him it was due to the size of the carb, but he wanted a second opinion, haha.
