Default Wont idle for nuthin & IM an idiot

I have got a 2001 blaster i just rebuilt it and realized after i had broke it in and rode it once that the oil line was not attached to the carburator. I rode it once, it locked up after about a minute into the first ride. It still runs and starts compression is 140-145 after I kick it over a couple of times. I never tested it immediately after the rebuild.I have to feather the throttle to keep it running. I am going to see if i can still salvage this rebuild. THere are some markings on the cylinder walls but they are not scratches. I am wondering what it is i can do to gt this pos to run right. I never could quite get it to idle right before i rebuilt it. Basically i need to know what to do to get it to idle right.
I adjusted the idle screw how do u adjust the screw on top of the screw on part of the carburator?

whats up hal, good to see you finally go on here. dude get some pics of the cylinder, i wana see those marks. Plus if you had no oil during break in i dont think the rings would have seated properly. And i dont know how you didnt totaly fry your engine. If there is anyone who lives in the Louisville KY area that knows what they're talking about with 2-strokes, then please contact me or Hal (jeepcj5) because Im bringing my blaster all the way from Texas to Kentucky to ride with this mofo over the summer.

The jug was bored out two sizes bigger whatever that is. I have a wiesco piston toomey b1 exhaust and mikuni carb. Would boring it out that much bigger require different jets?

did you take the jug off and look at the piston or did you just look through the ports, and could an admin move this to the blaster section.

Default idle screw

I would try and adjust the idle switch and if that fails i would take the carberator off and see if there is anything in there that shouldnt be.

the screw on top of the carb is the idle for the tors. do you still have the tors hooked up? did you connect the plug back to the carb?
