power reeds?

ok, i put some boyesen power reeds in my blaster, i herd it was supposed to give you a bigger power band and i don't really notice a difference, could this just be because of bad jetting or is it just the reeds?

vforce = overrated and pricey. you can even have someone port your boysen cage. and boysens are awesome. when you get reeds you jet down slightly.

My buddy put the Boyesen dual stage reeds on his blaster...I believe all he noticed was some more throttle response...makes sense....

that's what they're for. better response.

The reeds are just a piece of the puzzle (better throttle responce is what ypou get), to get the full effect you need to complete the build.
Add: Pipe, Free flow filter, Carb, Portwork........The more you add the better the reeds are going to work!!

so how should i have it jetted, right now i have a 230 main jet and the clip in the 3rd position, does this sound alright?

you need to get a free flowin filter now. then you should notice some difference. then get an exhaust. if you look hard enough you can get both for a good price
