well i pulled off the flywheel and it had sheered my adv. timing key, that sucks cause those are not cheap for what they are. i think thats not my only problem, because it would not run when i pulled it last time the key was fine and the engine was popping and sputtering but would not start.

All the places around here that sell keys for atvs are closed so i have to order one because im only back from school til tomarrow so i can't work on til i come back forth of july weekend.

they will shear alot if they arent torqued to spec. get an adjustable stator plate if you want to mess with your timing.

yeah i was looking at them earlier, they look like they would be a lot easier, than putting in those keys, and you can adjust it more than the key does.

i finally got it running, put it back to stock timing and it started on the third kick. Kinda wierd because when in the advanced timing key it ran great, but then it stopped running and i swaped it out for stock now runs again.
