Wont Start!!!

i have a 2002 balster that i put away at the end of the last summer and it went into storage running.

i went to start it over the winter and i couldn't get it to do anything.
I have been trying to start it since january and it does not even want to start

i have tried everything to get it to start, shy of tearing it apart.

I have tried:
new plug, and a hotter plug
tore the carb apart twice to clean
new air filter
checked the reeds, stator, compression, and spark all good.

it gets spark and air, and the carb is getting fuel.

unless i am just really dumb and missing something obvious, it should be starting but it just isn't.

any input would be greatly apreciated.

pour some fuel directly into the cylinder from the spark plug, see if it tries to pop a couple times

make sure your key and kill switch is on run

try this put tha choke on and see if u can flood it out i had a problem after i clean my carb that even with choke it wouldnt even get fuel to tha cyl i had to clean tha carb 5 times also dont dump fuel into tha cyl cause it wont fire it act like it is flooded out cause thats what u did my suggestion is get some one to pull start u then u might be able to fire it up

pull starting did not work, i still have yet to try to dump some fuel in the cyl.

re you gettin spark? take the plug outof the cylinder an ground it then get someone to kick it. if you get spark test your compression. whenever you pulled your plug out was it wet?

just cause its getting spark doesnt mena its in time with the stroke ,check your flywheel key and pickup sensor ,if pullstarting and fuel in the spark hole doesnt start it generaly that means theres surely something not right

hes right ^^ if its getting fuel and spark and it wont start under pulling the there deff somthing not right

would having the advanced timing key affect anything?

i would try using the regular timing instead, if that's what you mean.....
