Default 404 big bore versus 4 mill stroker vs long rod

i would like any knowledgable member to explain differences in these setups because some of us are planning to hop up internals of our motors, for me i was thinking vitos 404 avenger which gives you (new sleeves and topend; pistons gaskets stuff) its 469 dollars, plus install which is 325 more, the 4 mill stroker s 599 dollars plus install and topend from wiseco it includes new plate to raise cylinders but you are limited to bores thats a major concern of mine same with long rod where you use longer connecting rods and blaster pistons . the 404 kit gives you 3 overbores , what about others?the bigger displacement i would think 404 gives better bottom end than strokers and long rods but not rev out like them , although im pretty sure youd have to alter port timing on all of them. assuming theyre all installed correctly id also be inclined to beleive that 404 would have majority of hp gain near bottom to mid where the others would be more of a mid to top hit at high rpms, please enlighten all of us
