| hey............to make a long story short, i pulled my head to just do a visual inspection of the piston on my new bike(new to me).......i've done a lot of automotive work and a good amount of air cooled two strokes, but this is my first water cooled...........orings instead of head gaskets?????what the hell........i can't for the life of me get the inner oring into its groove.......its almost as if it is just barely too big.......is there some sort of trick to this or am i just an idiot? any help would be greatly appreciated......thanks patrick |

| coat the o ring groove on the cylinder with a thin layer of grease. and work the o ring around into the groove. works everytime. Last edited by highroller; 03-02-2008 at 04:56 PM. |

| famous last werdz "or am i just an idiot" yeah your just an idiot cause just kidding.. i dont know the actual problem but what if you tosss the oh my .. ring into the freezer and try making it a tad smaller ..then try and fit it in the grove??
