help with tether killswitch

i just bought a tusk tether killswitch and it didnt come with instructions. anybody here ever install one on a blaster? do i just splice the two wires from the keyswitch to the two from the tether killswitch? or is it from the on/off switch on the handlebars??

I've got a pro design tether and I just spliced mine into the key switch wires. I didn't cut into the wiring, I just slipped the wires into the plug ins, so it can be removed without any marks on the wiring harness

yeah the tusk one is allitle cheaper so i just spliced the wires instead. thanks for the help!
