YAMALUBE is 10w40 its called YAMALUBE 4 stroke-10w40 but if you read the bottle it says it can be used as gearbox oil in any yamaha 2 stroke product. thats what i would run because its made for yamaha's. right now my bike has BELRAY GEAR SAVER 80w in it its also a good oil designed for 2 stroke gearboxs

Dont even run the 10w40 yamalube 2stroke premix oil is made for yamahas too and it sucks. Run a 75w gear oil like Bel-ray gearsaver 75w. Theres no need to run motor oil in a gearcase and a 75w gear oil is better for your tranny especially a 125 id take and im sure alot of people here would take a 75 or 80w gear oil over motor oil anyday.
