| Not sure I have a Toomey 2-1 Uni filter. and the filter that comes with that is a metal piece inside to give it ridgedness. If I find something I'll let you know

| Why the heck would you get rid of your k&n??, foam filters are poo!! Dyno you bike befor and after and you'll see! |

| Man that sucks i gotta agree with you, theres been a bunch of people unhappy with K&N filters on here and have said to just get the UNI filter. |

| see k&n filters are high air flow filters, which is good BUT also bad the high airflow makes good power but with more air getting through the filter that fast it lets alot of micro dirt deposits in, which will kill a motor |

| yes uni is definetly the best ![]()

| The K&N are good but like they said it lets in alot of dirt. It all just depends on what type of riding you do. I ride the sand and dusty conditions so I go with the UNI. I admit it does restrict some air flow but the UNI is the best foam filter you can buy.

| i don't agree with the part about "it depends on what kind of riding you do". i was riding on a moist mx track..hardley any dust or air particles. it just didn't do its job. in sand...omg, thats like asking for your throttle to stick if you run a K&N. i love my uni 2-stage. K&N need to stick to cars and trucks and briggs&straton. i will never run a K&N ever again in my R.
