Default blaster backfiring?

i am curious if anyone has any help for me
i have a 2000 blaster that when starting with a choke does fine then at half choke does fine when i have no choke and give gas at half throttle and above boggs down and evently backfires. i have no modifications done to this quad and i have changed the plug and cleaned the air filter. also cleaned the tray that is in the bottom of the carb. any input would be greatly appreciated

sounds like the oil injection is bad causeing it to lean badly to me, what color is you plug after you ride?
If its not the oil injection going bad, I'd still take it off and throw it as far away as I could, those things are junk and cause to many quads to burn up.
Mixing your own gas is better because you know for sure its getting oil.

if the oil injector has gone bad he would have be siezed. its true that they are garbage but i think the problem may just be lean jetting. try and go up a few sizes in the main jet and see how that works. stock is 230 (if you havent rejetted before) so try a 240

sounds to me like the timing is off somehow.... but since you have no mods on it i dont know how that would come about. unless your flywell is offcenter or got loose or something. i dunno. but clean your carb out or something.

Air leak, or lean jetting, lean jetting could be due to an altitude and/or air temperature change.

yes, that is true, but it could also be pumping enough to keep everything togeather but not enough for the right mixture.
