Default banshee misfire?

i have a cold start problem were when its been started for only a short time the right cylinder seems to blow cold air out the exhaust but when you hit the throttle it revs fine but pops out the exhaust. this pop goes away when its warmed up. have installed new plugs and new gas with no difference. its a completely stock 2003 banshee. thanks ed

try shutting the choke off. also if it does that and you change that 1 plug right then it'll run fine. sometimes cold starts will trash plugs. soemtimes my 87 banshee does that. my 03 will mis sometimes and blow out cold air for a second then i shut the choke off and i rev it once it'll pop one time and run fine.

is it safe to swap the leads? i'm not really an expert on 2 strokes, but on a car if you swap 2 leads, your one cylinder will be firing while the piston is coming up causing detonation. thanks for the help just wanna make sure, ed.

On a Banshee the coil fires both plugs at the same time, twice every 360Deg of crank rotation. (In case you're wondering, yes, it also fires when the piston is at the bottom)
