ok all the tors does is cross ground to the rev. limiter wiring. you can go throught an cut out all teh TORS wiring completely or if you don;t want to unloom the harness you can just go as close to the main harness as possible and clip teh TORS wiring off there then thake the reamining and fold tehm back onto the harness an patch it up with tape and it'll look just like the factory looming. or if you cut it short enought you can just loop a piece of tape over the hole that is in the looming. there is no splicing at all. just rip and cut.

oh yeah if you decide to umloom the harness and take it out completly DO NOT CUT ALL THE BLACK WIRES!!!!! the black is the system grounds wiring for your CDI and lighting. just clip it where it goes to the TORS junk it slpicesinto the harness in a few differnt places just clip the black to the plug but at the splice in teh harness.(this is the way i did it on 2 of my shees. the ) the 03 just has everything unpluged. i'm hoping to never have to take it that far apart.

ok i just clipped the black wires off that had to deal with the tors. and i did unloom everything. now my next question. comin out of the carb there is a yellow/black wire. it goes out and branches into 2 wires. 1 of these goes up to throttle mount tors box and the other goes to the main tors box under the hood..... and thats it. can i just get rid of the yellow/black wire completly?

ya i was cuttin them today while my friend was over....i just unloomed it and ripped the yellow/black wires out with a couple clips.. and threw it across the garage..i'm like i can' t believe i just did that... its amazing for as simple of a bike a blaster is suppossed to be how many freakin wires there are!!!!! well ne ways i gotta solder a couple things back toghether...it amazing how easy connections come apart when there isn't 50 feet of tape around it.
