banshee rejetting?

got another question for ya's. recently i installed an uni air filter and 12 of the 1" round prefilters that you drill and install in the air box lid and sides. seems to run great and plugs color good, so what im getting at is should the shee be jetted richer to cover the added airflow? thanks again ed

You would only need to rejet if you are going to take your lid off. those 1" thinks don't add that much more flow. If your plug color looks good I would not mess with it. If anything just play with the air/mix screw and finely adjust it there. I don't think you need to go up a jet size unless you take your lid off.

As for the 1" inserts. Be very carefull with those things I had them on my banshee and had issues with the coming our or the filter coming out of the insert. If you want an upgrade to your air system just go with the Toomey 2-1 air filter. If you got that you will need to rejet. It's a really good kit because it gets the filter up higher than just bolton Toomey's and it comes with the outerwear. I have had no issues with the kit.
