big motor my friend.. all i can recomend is getting rubber mounts and gel grips..

also make sure you check your motor mounts... sometimes they tend to vibrate loose..

my father owns a 84 and 87 yz490...

iv heard if you fill your handlebars full of that spray foam it takes away some of the vibrations, not sure if its true or not though.

Check your motor mounts i had that problem on my cr500 tightened them up the vibration was much better but still was annoying. you will get used to the vibration.

Fasst Flexx bars... if it was a quad you could get an anti-vibe stem or anti-vibe bar risers... but I can't say enough about how much those Flexx bars fucking rock... great investment.

I agree about the handlebars. I've never used Flexx bars, but a switch to something different like ProTapers will help. There is also something called a Bar Snake. It slides into the handlebar to help eliminate vibration.
