Problems with Banshee need help!!

have a question about my banshee i took it rinding a few weeks ago,rode all day had no problems brought it home washed it put it away. when i took it out a week later started it up it started fine and idle fine.but when i give it gas it bogs and dies. i changed the plugs to see if that was the probelm but didnt do anything. also if i flutter the throttle and try to get it to rev a lil higher it seems like it almost loses spark for a second because it will make like a puff sound and shoot air out the exhaust pipe.the reason i say air is cause it will stop being the normal white exhaust smoke but only for a second then it goes back to normal. i cant seem to figure out what it could be.maybe stator probelms? i cleaned out teh float bowls and that was about it any help will be appreciated thanks

Does it bog on both cylinders or just one?

both i believe..and when i flutter the throttle to get it to rev its will kinda make the puff noise out of both pipes but not at the same time like one pipe will do it then another one will not in any special order though

Ya, I know what you mean, I know mine will do that when its low on gas. I'd say check your carbs and make sure you're getting enough fuel to the cylinders. Also check your plugs and make sure you're getting a good strong spark.

Yep. Check for fuel, check your reeds. What are your mods and your jetting? That would be some helpful info.

The motor is all stock even still has stock pipes.I got it in a trade for a raptor.

Ya, definatley check your reeds too, if they're cracked or broke, that could cause the problem.

i checked out the reeds the seem allright anything in particular i should look for on them.they seem fine to me.i still ahve it all ripped apart so any help would be appreciated thanks

What about the TORS? I dont know if i read everything right but from what i got it wont rev above idle? Just throwing it out there

As for the reeds...Hold them(still in the cage of course) up to light...If you can see a line of light on the outside of the petals or see a crack on the petals...Time to get new ones.
