Need help with RZ350 YPVS

I just got a 84 rz350 street bike. Im planning on removing the engine and installing it in my banshee. The Problem i have is when the rz is runing and i rev it, the power valves are not cycling. Dose anyone know how to test the ypvs system. Everything eals on the bike seems to be working. Bike has been sitting in a grauge for about 15years and was just fired up this weekend. it runs but has dirty carbs.

The servo motor and servo controller are weak-spots in that system. Get yourself a manual for the test specs and techniques and go through the whole system. You may also want to pull the PV cables off and make sure they arent gummy or seized.
