banshee primary gear help?? asap

i found a banshee that needs a primary gear the guy said he snapped a tooth off of it when he was replacing teh clutch. my question is how hard is it to fix? i can get it for 750 i think but i need to know if its worth it to me an any help is appreciated and i kinda need to know sooner then later thanks Joe

Do you mean $7.50? It's an easy fix, take the nut off, a washer, then the water pump gear, and it's right there. Good Idea to replace the woodruff key, too.

Sorry, I think you mean the whole Banshee for $750, I thought you meant the gear.......

Yea i meant the whole banshee.Cool so its not that bad of a fix then.I was curious to find out cause im waiting for teh guy to call me and wanted to know before i buy the bike how hard it was.Thanks ed appreciate the quick response.

Yea im def planning on buying it just waiting on the guys call.Its a 2000 i have not seen any pics yet but he says it has a new topened in it also.

The primary gear will run you around $55 from Yamaha.......

Nice im planning on just buying it and fixing it to sell i allready have enought bikes dont really have room for one more right now.
