Banshee's need to breathe....You need to get some pipes on it then you should have no problem as long as traction isnt an issue and ur riding is up to par...Atleast take the silencers apart and gut them...

Get the tire fixed, buy some aftermarket pipes...and rejet the bike.
You'll have no problem beating a piped only 400 with a piped and jetted banshee...

Still need air in all 4 tires, though....
